Hello I’mHenry Badger

I’m Henry Badger, a Certified Scrum Master (PSM II) with over 7 years of experience in leading Agile development teams and delivering high-impact projects. My journey in Agile began with a passion for helping teams collaborate effectively, embrace continuous improvement, and consistently deliver value to stakeholders.

I’ve had the privilege of working across diverse industries, including tech and events, and have successfully transformed processes, increased team productivity, and fostered a culture of collaboration.

Currently, I serve as a Scrum Master at Purple Wave Auction, where I facilitate Agile practices to enable high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results. Prior to this, I honed my skills at Blue Ocean Agility, where I spearheaded Agile transformations, and at Akaditi, where I coordinated the impactful Agile in Africa Conference, bringing together innovators and thought leaders to inspire growth in the Agile community.

My approach is rooted in servant leadership, empowering teams to achieve their best by removing impediments, fostering open communication, and creating an environment where collaboration and innovation thrive.

When I’m not coaching teams or diving into sprints, I enjoy creating content to promote Agile principles, organizing bootcamps, and mentoring aspiring Scrum Masters. I’m also passionate about exploring the intersection of Agile and technology, continuously learning new tools and techniques to enhance my work.
